There is a link to make an appointment on the flyer(s).  An appointment is required as they will not be accepting walk ins.  While the flyers state that the clinics are open to those 65+, (as a priority category), the clinics are also open to:

• Phase 1A:  Healthcare workers and Long Term Care residents
• Phase 1B:  Food/Agriculture, Education/Childcare, and Emergency Services

Beginning March 15, healthcare providers may use their clinical judgement to vaccinate individuals age 16-64 who are deemed to be at the very highest risk for morbidity and mortality from COVID-19 as a direct result of one or more of the severe health conditions included in this provider bulletin.
